Arrived in San Francisco

Arrived in San Francisco about the time I expected despite a few travel hiccups along the way. Manchester to Dublin flight departed 2 hours late due to fog. With the fog and queues for US pre clearance it made things quite tight in Dublin, we arrive at the plane to San Francisco with only 15 minutes to spare. Luggage was almost first off then Taxi to the city. Paid the equivalent of a small mortgage to the taxi driver as were delayed by a game (not sure what game) but it was ok because his team won!

Apartment spot on.

Overwhelmed with tiredness as it's now nearly 7 am Uk time so been up 26 hours. Hopefully take some photos tomorrow as by the time we went out tonight it was dark.

    Looks cozy. I think your taxi drive must be a baseball fan. A wealthy one.

      Taxi driver used his time well. Checked his Facebook while at 70mph then when we hit traffic enquired about $2000 discount on a $19000 car without even seeing it. Must have been a Merc as the seller wouldn't budge!
